  • Import all your contacts from Infusionsoft into Proposify.
  • Link a new proposal with an existing opportunity in Infusionsoft.
  • If your proposal is assigned to a team member, Proposify will assign the same person in Infusionsoft.
  • When your proposal is accepted and signed, Proposify updates the opportunity state in Infusionsoft.
  • After a proposal has been marked as Won, you can select a percentage of the proposal to invoice, and an invoice for this amount will then be generated in your Infusionsoft account.
