What are your support hours?
Our team is here to provide their fabulous support Monday - Thursday 8 AM - 8 PM EST and on Fridays 8 AM - 4 PM EST.
Kindly note that support is not available on our 14-day free trial. We encourage you to explore our extensive Knowledge Base to troubleshoot and learn best practices on using Proposify and your available features. If you wish to receive email or chat support from our team, you will need to upgrade to one of our paid plans.
How many contacts can I have?
All plans include unlimited contacts. You can import your contacts directly via one of our CRM integrations.
You don't have a template specific to my industry. Can I create one or can Proposify design one for me?
Absolutely! While we have some ready-to-go templates for specific projects and industries, all our templates are 100% customizable. This means you can create and update the content to match your brand and style guidelines. You can also paste text from other programs like Google Docs and Word for an easy transition.

Will my proposal data be safe?
Keeping your data safe is a priority. We are dedicated to doing this through continued compliance efforts, ongoing audits, and 24/7 system monitoring to ensure we meet and exceed industry standards. Proposals are sent using secure encrypted links and we never disclose your information to third parties. We partner with Amazon for cloud hosting and your data is protected by 256-bit SSL security. What if my clients don't speak English?
You can translate our interface into 15 languages to make it easier for your non-English speaking clients. However, we do not translate the content of your proposals or the emails sent through Proposify so you will need to make those adjustments.
What is included in the free trial?
Our free trial gives you access to all of the features on our Team plan for 14 days. We recommend taking things for a spin to see which ones work best for your team and process. You can create and send real proposals to real clients during your trial. Once your trial is over, your clients can still view and accept any proposals you sent to them during the trial period.
How do I get access to additional features and services?
You can upgrade your plan at any time to access additional features.
