Most people wouldn’t think that the fall of 2008, smack-dab in the middle of a global economic crisis, would be a good time to start a business. But Brad Flowers of Lexington, Kentucky needed a job and no one was hiring. So out of necessity he started Bullhorn Creative. While Bullhorn started out doing ‘just about anything’, they’ve slowly and intentionally evolved into a branding agency. As Brad puts it, “It was a series of small decisions that led to big changes.” Part of that evolution and growth has stemmed from the development of, and guidance from, their company values. In this interview Brad talks about how Bullhorn tries daily to live those company values - using them to make good hiring decisions and to attract quality, long-term clients.
